Substance Use Disorder
For too long, individuals suffering with substance use and addiction have been forced into the shadows, and treated with shame and disdain. It’s time to stop the stigma and approach substance use and addiction as health care issues that can be treated, managed and prevented.
We offer outpatient, intensive outpatient and inpatient treatment services to help individuals and their families understand and battle addiction.
All services are provided with the goal of supporting the recovery or assisting in the stabilization of the person or persons served, reducing symptoms, restoring function and preventing additional functional impairment.

S.A.F.E.R. (Safely Advocating for Families Engaged in Recovery)
SAFER offers specialized opioid addiction treatment for pregnant and postpartum individuals, their families and their children. This family-focused program was created to help women plan for the healthy birth and first year of baby’s life. SAFER’s wraparound services include medication-assisted treatment, case management services, primary medical care, connections to community resources, and the development, evaluation and ongoing monitoring of a Plan of Safe Care. We also help families create a plan to mitigate the long-term impact of prenatal substance use exposure, as well as a family care plan designed to limit the need for DHS involvement post-birth.
